Here at Central Access, we pride ourselves with this Student Administration Management (SAM) software. This product allows
school districts to manage most every aspect of their daily routine including Enrollment, Attendance, Grading, Scheduling,
Discipline, Special Education, State Reporting, Calendars, and even an optional Call Notification System (AIM 2.0). Currently,
about 70% of school districts within the state of Mississippi are currently using SAM, several of which have been with us
for years.

district. Districts can get the data they want, when they want and how they want. Simple report customizations that used
to take weeks – like a new field or graphic to enhance data visualization – now can take just minutes. With Rapid Reporting
users can schedule daily, weekly and time-of-day reports to distribution lists with filters to deliver only the most current

Remote Data Service (RDS)
|
RDS is your answer to offsite data storage and disaster recovery. Thanks in part to new technologies that take advantage
of file compression and WAN communication abilities, Central Access is able to offer our customers an affordable solution
that gets their data to an offsite location quickly and securely. The process is simple. The data contents of specified
folder(s) on a customer computer(s) is backed up

every evening at a predetermined time, compressed, then securely FTP'd to the Central Access Data Repository. Once the data
has been successfully received, an email is sent to the customer with the details of the transfer. From that point our customers
have the peace-of-mind knowing their data is safe in the event of hardware failures or natural disasters. For more information

ActiveParent 2.0
|
Our newly redesigned ActiveParent is fully integrated into SAM and allows parents to view their student's class schedule,
grades, discipline, attendance, and even AIM 2.0 (Active Instant Messenger) correspondence.

Need student information fast and when you are not in front of a computer? Sam ActiveMobile lets administrators and other
designated users access real-time student information via a PDA and Central Access' secure integrated SAM6i login system.

SAM ActiveMobile improves security, helps in emergencies, and works to bring you instant information in those everyday school
